Welcome to Viking Raw Pet Store. 

We are a raw online dog food   store based in North Leeds.   We are primarily  providing our products online for local collection, delivery and courier delivery and we are hoping to    shortly    expand    to   a brick and mortar store. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We currently stock   five raw dog food brands   - only what we would and do feed  our own dogs and hope to be adding some more brands in the near future.  We stock a variety of bones, chews,   treats, toys, supplements and accessories - each item selected individually  and again only what we  would give to our own pets.

We have been  raw feeding our own pets  for almost 5 years  and have never looked back. 

We started looking into raw after our last dog Cookie - she suffered with many  illnesses during the last 5 years of her life mainly  being    bloat, skin problems, sickness,  ear infections and more. She was never interested in food and it became a battle in her last couple of years to get her to eat. She had  many tests and vet appointments,  two big operations on her stomach  and even a dye put through her body to investigate what was going on with her digestion.  However, unfortunately we never got to the bottom of what was causing her to be poorly and not eat. It was never mentioned about her food as she had been on a special kibble diet   prescribed by the vets, we never questioned  that   it could be simply  her food that was the problem...

After lots and lots of    research it seemed to be that Cookie's problems likely were in fact simply her diet and allergies.  We made a promise to make sure any pet in the future would be fed the best   and how nature intended dogs to be fed.

We then got  our puppy Lola,  a bulldog. We fed Lola raw  food from the day we got her, her breeder had been feeding her litter raw so we got lots of advice and help to start us off and it didn't take long to adjust to the new way of feeding. Maybe a coincidence but Lola so far has never had a vet visit or even  a slight illness, her fur is glossy and thick, her  stools tiny and one of the biggest things are there are no  smells!! No smelly breath or wind...ever!

 

 She had a litter of 5 strong,  healthy puppies  who we brought up on raw . We kept two of the puppies Skye and Leo who are now 2 years old     and  both  have also never had a vet visit so far.   We have been told how expensive bulldogs can be and the range of health problems and allergies they can have but none of this  has prooved true for our 3 and we really believe that this  is mainly simply   due to their food.
